Drupal 6 has been released. Announcement here I’m really excited about this release because there’s been major performance improvements, and it paves the way for building some really exciting community applications.

We’re in the middle of re-building CashKeepers Canada to use Drupal 6 and we’re adding some really neat functionality into it. We’re expecting another month before final release.

Congrats to the Drupal crew, who are making some of the most influential software on the net, and showing how open source can prove to be more effective than proprietary software.
